We have the necessary insurances for the property but require hosts to acquire liability insurance.

We typically recommend Fiesta Event Insurance.

Prices tend to be around $150, but please consult Fiesta for accurate pricing.

Weddings and large events cost $3000 with all the amenities listed above included in the price.

About The Willows Venue

In the heart of the Willamette Valley nestled between scenic vineyards and a wildlife preserve, hidden away for your special and private event is The Willows. The Willows welcomes any type of event on our beautiful countryside property. We host birthdays, bar mitzvahs, quinceaƱeras, weddings, anniversaries, showers, conferences, retreats and photoshoots. The Property

The Willows iconic red barn provides a rustic and romantic setting with the backdrop of rolling hills, upon a horse rescue, and alongside a serene pond. Your guests will drive along the gravel road lined with Thundercloud flowering plum and Leyland cypress trees leading up the The Willows in a dramatic entrance. As the guests enter, they are greeted at the front veranda with a signature cocktail and the sounds of rushing water from the center fountain. The grand veranda overlooks the property and the private pond that is home to many animals such as heron, ducks, geese, frogs, and those that live below the water. Surrounding the property are many trees, home to many song birds who can be heard as guests gather before the barn.

The Barn

Upon entering the barn, guests can write letters and leave them in a charming birdcage provided to gather all their lovely wishes and thank yous for their hosts. The brick floor complements the wooden interior that stretches upward with a high A-frame ceiling that can drape toile of any color and other decor to create the adequate ambiance for any event. The barn can be adorned with all types of floral arrangements and decor to your desire.

About Facilities

Facilities have running water and modern plumbing in four restrooms. Two dressing rooms are available for bride and groom or otherwise. The property has plenty of space for parking with the help of two on-site parking attendants. The possibilities at The Willows are endless, and you will only have to ask for what you desire. The Willows team will do everything we can to accommodate your wishes at your event.

Helping Horses

Generosity and empathy is a little something extra about The Willows venue. Located next door to The Willows Branch Horse Haven & Rescue, The Willows donates all proceeds to the horse haven and rescue. Your event will be a day to remember and one that the rescue horses will never forget.
